Providing financing for independent musicians is increasingly-big business, and Sound Royalties is one of the most prominent companies dishing out the DIY dollars.
The company says it broke its own record for distributions in 2025, with $135m in ‘funded contracts’. Tayla Parx, Jon Gilbert and El Alfa were among the more well-known musicians to work with the company.
