We are a specialty finance company in the fast-growing Music Finance industry. We support music creatives by providing them with financial options, especially so they do not have to sell their music copyrights to get funding. We provide customers with an upfront cash advance, which is repaid by their music royalties. They get the money they want, AND they keep the rights to their music!

In this exciting role, you’ll be the right hand of the Head of IT, providing mid-level technical support, diving into the world of cloud infrastructure, and mastering Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
You’ll primarily focus on delivering top-notch helpdesk support, but that’s just the beginning! As you grow with us, you’ll have the opportunity to take on larger cloud management responsibilities, shaping the future of our technology landscape.

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver Stellar Support: Provide exceptional mid-level technical support, ensuring our team and clients have the tools they need to succeed.
- Manage Cloud Infrastructure: Assist in cloud administration with Microsoft 365 and Azure, helping us optimize cloud solutions and enhance our digital landscape.
- Foster Communication: Use your strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical staff, ensuring clear and effective collaboration.
- Helpdesk Heroics: Focus on delivering top-notch helpdesk support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
- Document and Train: Maintain accurate documentation for helpdesk procedures and systems. Provide training for new employees and end-users on IT tools and processes.
- Grow Your Skills: Embrace opportunities to expand into more significant cloud management responsibilities as you grow with us.
- Monitor and Secure Systems: Support system monitoring and assist with basic security measures like user access management and compliance-related tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in IT support and cloud administration, particularly with Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
- A proactive attitude and a passion for technology and problem-solving.
- Desire for continuous learning and professional growth in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and balance responsibilities in helpdesk support, cloud infrastructure, and technical troubleshooting.
