About the role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Salesforce Administrator. In this role, you will support the administration and maintenance of our Salesforce platform, playing a crucial part in meeting the needs of our sales, marketing, and customer service teams. This position offers an excellent opportunity to leverage technology to drive business success.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce to meet business requirements.
- Create and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflow rules, process builder flows, and other Salesforce functionalities.

About the role:
This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of a customer’s deal and identifying any risks that may affect the assignment of royalties. The Jr. Underwriter will play a crucial role in mitigating risks and keeping all internal interested parties apprised of deal status to ensure a seamless process.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 20-30 customer files, overseeing the entire process from contract review to funding
- Conduct a thorough review and underwriting of customer files within 24 hours of receiving the executed contract and keep internal database up to date with findings
- Process and evaluate customer applications, utilizing analytical skills and internal/market guidelines for accurate assessment
- Communicate effectively with clients, outside vendors/royalty payors, and financial institutions to gather necessary information for assignment completion
- Assist Royalty Specialist with general inquiries and provide them with relevant information as needed throughout the process
- Collaborate with other areas of Music Operations to support the department’s daily operational workflow and ensure seamless coordination
- Review reports to identify outstanding items and follow up with royalty payors for resolution
- Analyze credit and search reports, interpret the gathered information and taking appropriate actions
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Jr. Underwriter or in a similar role within the financial industry
- Strong understanding of risk assessment and underwriting principles
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Provide support with various tasks related to the day-to-day functions of the department
- Self-motivated with a committed work ethic

You will provide essential support to senior Royalty Specialists and the Managing Director of Sales, helping to drive increased production, streamline lead tracking, and enhance the overall customer experience. You will engage directly with clients and their teams, ensuring timely communication, document management, and efficient processing of sales activities. Additionally, you will play a key role in CRM management, assisting with follow-ups, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating essential deal-related tasks to support the team’s success.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist senior Royalty Specialists in production efforts, fostering repeat business and referrals
- Cultivate a positive customer experience with music Creatives and their influencers
- Handle same-day responses, calls, and document collection for timely interactions
- Manage CRM entries, maintain accurate sales records, and track all sales activities
- Coordinate and schedule customer calls, pitch meetings, and follow-ups
- Facilitate access scheduling and document submission for client accounts
- Support timely funding by managing deal-related “pending items”
Experience:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with phone handling experience
- Proficient in CRM systems and data accuracy
- Organizational and multitasking abilities with a detail-oriented approach
- Collaborative team player, able to support senior staff effectively
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to stay updated on industry trends
- Prior experience in sales support, administrative roles, or music industry preferred
